A1: To ensure that the Dimmer Box is correctly connected, make sure it is placed between the neon sign and the power supply.

Q2: My remote doesn't seem to work. What should I check?
A2: First, ensure you've inserted 2 AAA batteries inside the remote. Without power, the remote won't function.

Q3: How can I confirm if my remote is working properly?
A3: When you press any button on the remote, check for a red light at the top of it. This indicates that the remote is transmitting signals.

Q4: What should I do if my remote is not syncing with the Dimmer box?
